sicknesses & diseases.
4. Raw Fruit & Vegetables give the body nutrients
that strengthen the Immune System

5. Eating Raw Green Plants boosts your Immune System.
They contain vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants
and Chlorophyll. Powerful Nutrients. Observed Under
a microscope Chlorophyll looks like a white blood cell in the
blood stream. White blood cells ward off diseases. They are a
major part of the Immune system. With a boosted strong
Immune System, you are less likely to experience 
sicknesses & diseases.

6. Wheatgrass Juice is high in Chlorophyll and many vitamins,
minerals and amino acids. Collard Greens, Kale, Cabbage,
Turnup Greens, Chard, Celery, Cilantro, and Spinach all green
plants have Chlorophyll, but Wheatgrass Juice has the most.

Microscopic Pathogens do no harm on the outside
of the body, you can wash them off with soap and water.
     The Human Immune System kills harmful organisms on
the inside of the body. Eat real food to heal your body
(no pills or powders)  and boost your Immune System.

      Knowing the information is one thing. Doing those things
are another. If you do them they will decrease your chances
for developing communicable infectious diseases including
but not limited to COVID 19 on the inside.

Remember the Immune System kills harmful organisms.

These recommendations and suggestions are viable.

They can and should be implemented.
